The large bedroom comes with two fitted reading lights, walk in wardrobe and ample room for more storage options. All rooms come with thick carpets and black out curtains with large windows showing green fields and letting in plenty of light! The bathroom is a wet room of good size. A 24 hour Tunstall Warden system is fitted for access and emergency support reassurance.

A mini bus will be provided for free shopping trips in to the City Centre and there are opportunities to take part in activities and excursions. All residents are provided with an emergency wrist fob to ensure help is at hand anywhere in the building and grounds. Reserved car parking is available on request and visitor parking is available at all times. A Warden is on site 24 hours a day in case of emergency.

Yes. Each apartment has a fully integrated brand new kitchen allowing residents to eat in our restaurant and cook when they want to – giving them the best of both worlds and helping secure independence!
Somerville will have a Warden on site 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Wardens are first aid trained and where necessary will call for medical assistance immediately. As they are already on site, they will be able to significantly shorten emergency response time, which should hopefully be resultant in a quicker recovery. All residents will have a Warden call system in their apartments with pull cords and will be handed an emergency wrist fob to wear should they want to wear one. The Warden call systems will also be situated in all the communal areas i.e. Restaurant, Lounge, Salon, Activities Room and Laundrette.
